This got nothing to do with food, but I think this picture looks cool. Hehe. Posted by Hello

This is a hamhock bavarian style I ate in Berlin. Completely fulfilling but the beer sauce was absolutely fantastic. And the crispy skin, oooooh...so much fat, but then again, who cares!! And the beer was great too. I love Berlin, looking forward to go back there again. The food are cheap as hell!! Posted by Hello

This is Arnaud and Debo's wedding cake. As you can see, it is not really a traditional wedding cake. Instead of cutting the cake, they have to break the sugar glass Mazel-Tov arrangements and yell "MAZEL TOV!!" hehehe... as I nimble through the sugar glass. Posted by Hello

One of the most royal Foie Gras I have eaten. It was during a wedding of Sang's friend Arnaud and Debo. A wonderful jewish wedding and the food was splendid. I love French wedding, you actually got sick of drinking champagne. Never thought it can happen to me.  Posted by Hello

Christmas is coming soon. Last year, I was invited to Cecile's place for Christmas Eve. This is just the aperitif and we hit the table at 11 pm and of course we had dinner until 2 am. But it was a wonderful experience, full of colors and a wonderful christmas tree. Posted by Hello

This is Eel with parsley and garlic. Crispy and it has a texture of fish. It is really nice but the taste is really simple. I prefer if they can ellaborate more on the sauce to make it more thick and rich. Posted by Hello

You can never have enough of Crepe Belle Helene. This Crepe has a really good combination. Pear sorbet and some pear with warm chocolate syrup and creme chantilly.....completely sinful when you're in a diet. But then again...screw the diet!!! Posted by Hello

When you go to the sea, this is what you should get. Although it looks absolutely wonderful, I personally prefer Asian way of cooking seafood. I am not really a fan a raw seafood with mayonnaise. I prefer Black Pepper Crab in Singapore. But nevertheless, it is a nice experience, especially the little shells and oysters.  Posted by Hello

Indonesian chicken curry. In Indonesia I don't actually eat boiled chicken. But in here, hmmm...don't know why I started to like it. It is served with Indonesian yellow coconut rice.  Posted by Hello

This Roast Goose is made for christmas dinner at Sebastien's family house. The dinner took place from 12 pm until 8 pm. It is completely insane. The goose is the second main course. The first one was Sanglier with Red Wine or Roast Boar with Red Wine sauce. Absolutely insane. I would recommend being friends with Seb just to be invited to his Christmas dinner. Posted by Hello

Tablier de Sapeur. What the hell is it? AHA!!! It is Breaded Fried Pork Tripe, specialty from Lyon. High Cholesterol and Fat. But then it is so fulfilling and you can just skip the mayonnaise if you don't want to feel guilty. Posted by Hello

Chicken with Cabbage and Pancetta, an Italian recipe. Chie was the one who introduced this to me and now, I make this dish quite a lot. The wonderful thing about this dish is how the cabbage actually absorbed all the flavor of the chicken and the pancetta. I love cabbage!! Posted by Hello

This is by far my favorite French food. Typical Lyonnais, made with PORC. Not just the meat, but the pork's stomach. Nyam...nyam... Since it can be made with any kind of sauce, the best I have ever tasted was the one with red wine brown sauce. The most common sauce is mustard sauce. Posted by Hello

Miss Chie Furukawa, the third piggy, holding a glass of wine next to her famous Italian salad made with veggies and parmesan slices. Posted by Hello

This is the other piggy, Miho, holding a round ice cream cake covered peanut, sitting next to Taka, Michiko's boyfriend. Posted by Hello

That's me, and as my friend Bobo just introduced a wonderful idea and place to put all my food experience, I declare that now, this is blogger is going to be a food paradise. A little story about me, I am a member of the Three Little Piggies association *we even had an anthem*. One of the other two members, Miss Mihoko Horiguchi is the one holding the chicken wing in the background. Lots of food are discovered during our stay in France, and we are still collecting pictures of food that have entered our stomach. These pictures are dedicated to those animals who died for the sake of our pleasure. We should at least take a picture to honor them. They were absolutely delicious!!! *Am I scary or what?* Posted by Hello

Good mornin'!! Let's start out our days with an excellent Crepe Bretagne which has nothing but wonderful slices of Andouillette with creamy mustard sauce inside. Topped with wonderful fresh salad and walnuts, this wonderful delicacy was obtained in St.Gilles Croix de Vie, west coast of France.
